Quickly following up their bludgeoning debut "The Rack", Asphyx wasted no time writing and recording its follow-up, "Last One On Earth" which was released in 1992. Further refining their craft, Eric Daniels comes up with some of his best riffs while Martin van Drunen's tortured howls sound altogether otherworldly.

This special edition features a remixed, remastered version of the album and includes bonus material from their "Crush The Cenotaph" EP (tracks 9-10), two live songs, and their entire "Promo '91" demo (tracks 14-16).

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
